A: SimplyTravel’s package costs reflect the price of accommodations including your housing, some meals, some experiences and transportation costs during your trip. The price does not include the cost of flights to and from your destination, but our team will work to find you the best price possible in order to book your airfare. Please review the details of each vacation package to determine the accommodations included in your package. Additional costs may include some meals, optional excursions, spending money, and other passport or travel documentation costs.
A: Package costs are based on the price of accommodations in the area you are visiting, as well as excursions, some meals, transportation, etc.
A: Absolutely! We offer detailed itineraries for each Simply Travel vacation. These itineraries detail the planned accommodations, excursions, meals, and downtime for our travelers, so you can be better prepared to enjoy every aspect of your trip.
A: Safety is a top priority for our customers. We offer the most recent Covid-19 entry requirements and restrictions which can be found on the pages of each vacation destination. To find specific information for your purchased trips, look at your booking confirmation to access the CDC’s most recent information on Covid-19 restrictions. If there are any major changes to entry requirements, we will be sure to update you as soon as we can about the status of your trip.
A: You can be sure to breathe easy when you book with SimplyTravel. We offer trip vouchers for any trips which may be canceled due to Covid restrictions. We also offer trip insurance which can be purchased with your vacation package. Travel insurance helps to protect your purchase in case of a last-minute cancellation on your end.
