Itinerary
Day 1:
We begin our journey leaving from Centennial Bank. First, you visit the US Marshal Museum. Afterward, enjoy a hearty meal or a refreshing drink at Kilkenny’s Irish Pub, known for its warm atmosphere and Irish charm. Next, explore the Cha Tullis Gallery, where you’ll admire stunning Western and Native American-inspired art. As the day winds down, check into your hotel in Bartlesville, where you’ll have a chance to relax before attending a welcoming dinner.
Day 2:
Today promises to be a day filled with both charm and history. You’ll start with a hearty breakfast at your hotel, fueling up for a visit to Pawhuska, where you’ll explore the hometown of Ree Drummond, famously known as the “Pioneer Woman.” At her Mercantile, you can browse unique gifts, savor delicious baked goods, and soak up the welcoming, small-town atmosphere. After enjoying lunch on your own, you’ll head to Oklahoma City and settle into your hotel before visiting the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum. There, you’ll dive into the rich history of Western culture and cowboys. The day will end on a high note with a special dinner, honoring the legacy of John Wayne, “The Duke,” at the museum, making for an unforgettable evening surrounded by the spirit of the Old West.
Day 3:
We begin the day by packing up, clearing any incidentals, and enjoying breakfast at the hotel. The day kicks off with a driving tour, offering a scenic view of the area before stopping at the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum. Afterward, you’ll have free time in Bricktown, Oklahoma City’s vibrant entertainment district. The journey continues with a drive to Ardmore, where a stop at Arbuckle Fried Pies offers a sweet break. The day wraps up with a check-in at your Fort Worth hotel, followed by a laid-back dinner at Cooper’s Open Pit BBQ, where you can savor authentic Texas barbecue.
Day 4:
The day begins with breakfast at the hotel, before departing for Waco. Upon arrival, you’ll explore the popular Magnolia Market & Spice Market, a vibrant spot for shopping and soaking in the atmosphere of Chip and Joanna Gaines’ famed market. After lunch on your own, the journey continues with a Waco City Tour, where you’ll take in the sights and landmarks of the city. The next stop is the Homestead Craft Village, where you’ll witness traditional craftsmanship and artisan works in a peaceful rural setting. Later, return to Fort Worth, where you’ll have time to rest and freshen up at the hotel before enjoying a delicious dinner at the iconic Joe T. Garcia’s, known for its flavorful Mexican cuisine and welcoming ambiance.
Day 5:
Our final day begins with packing up, clearing any incidentals, and enjoying breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a city tour of Fort Worth, taking in its rich history and vibrant culture. Next, you’ll head to the famous Fort Worth Stockyards, where you’ll experience the excitement of the Fort Worth Herd Cattle Drive, a unique glimpse into the city’s Western heritage. Afterward, enjoy lunch on your own at one of the many eateries within the Stockyards. In the afternoon, you’ll depart for Mount Pleasant, where a visit to Sweet Shop USA offers a sweet break with handcrafted chocolates. The day concludes with your arrival in Conway.

Terms and Conditions
This tour requires a $500.00 deposit per person. The deposit is nonrefundable. Reservations will not be confirmed without payment or deposit. Final Payment is due August 24, 2025.
The parties agree to indemnify each other and hold each other harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, which either part, its agents or employees, shall at any time sustain or incur by reason of the acts, omissions or negligence on the part of the other party, its officers, agents or employees.
In any legal proceedings of any nature involving the interpretation, construction, application, or enforcement of any of the terms of this contract, the prevailing party shall be entitled to an award for reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in connection with the proceeding and any such proceeding must be conducted in Hot Springs, AR. This agreement and attachments shall be construed according to the laws of the State of Arkansas and Federal Laws of the United States.
The performance of this agreement is subject to termination by either party without liability upon the occurrence of any circumstance beyond the control of either party – such as but not limited to acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorders, or other emergencies making it illegal or impossible for either party to substantially meet its performance obligations under this Agreement.
The Simply Travel Team makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. Every effort is made to instruct our food suppliers on the severity of food allergies. In addition, there is always a risk of contamination. Some Items may contain allergen ingredients without prior notice due to manufacturer or unit substitutions. Those concerned with food allergies must be aware of this risk. Simply Travel, LLC is unable to assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed, or items one may come into contact with while travelling with us. If there are any questions regarding specific menu item ingredient(s), one must consult the onsite manager to ensure that the particular menu item is free of said allergens before consuming.
Itinerary Changes
The operator reserves the right to vary itineraries should circumstances dictate, as well as cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements, or circumstances beyond its control. Hotels listed are to be used as a guide only unless specified as confirmed. Confirmed hotels are subject to change beyond our control. In this situation we will arrange an alternative property as similar as possible. The advertised tours require minimum numbers to depart. Should these not be met the operator reserves the right to cancel arrangements.
Cancellation Policy
Tour Cancellation: Simply Travel LLC reserves the right to cancel any tour due to lack of interest or participation. In the event of cancellation your tour will be refunded.
Customer Cancellation: Once booked, non-refundable. We can assist in transferring your booking (name change) at no additional charge excluding cruises.
