Itinerary
DAY 1: ARRIVE RAPID CITY
Today, arrive in Rapid City, meet your Tour Director and check into your hotel for three nights.
Overnight: Rapid City
DAY 2: RAPID CITY – BADLANDS NAT’L PARK – FORT HAYS
Today, travel to an unusual and well-known Wall Drug Store, famous for its “Free Ice Water”. Then drive through Badlands National Park, located between the White and Cheyenne Rivers. The area contains spectacular examples of weathering, erosion, fantastic ridges, cliffs and canyons of variegated color. This evening, visit the Fort Hays Dances with Wolves Movie Set to See some of the original buildings used in the Oscar winning film and enjoy a delicious supper with a bit of western entertainment at your Welcome Dinner & Cowboy Cookout. DAY 3: MT. RUSHMORE – CRAZY HORSE
This morning, visit Mt. Rushmore featuring the awesome sculptures of Washington, Jefferson, Roosevelt and Lincoln. Each face is 60 feet high and is carved into the rugged granite mountainside with intricate perfection. Continue onto the Crazy Horse Memorial, still in progress. View the giant mountainside sculpture of the famous Indian Chief astride his pony. Following dinner experience Mt. Rushmore at Night to see this American treasure illuminated in a whole new light. DAY 4: LITTLE BIGHORN NATIONAL MONUMENT – BILLINGS, MONTANA
Today, journey to Montana, known as Big Sky Country, to see Little Bighorn National Monument, site of the Battle of the Little Bighorn in 1876. Visit the Indian Memorial and Custer National Cemetery. The 7th Regiment of the US Cavalry, along with their Crow, and Arikara scouts led by Lt. General George Custer was defeated by warriors of the Lakota Sioux, Northern Cheyenne, and Arapaho Tribes in an eff ort to preserve their way of life on the Northern Plains. Later a short ride takes you to Montana’s most populous city, Billings, for an overnight stay. Billings is the main railroad and commercial hub of the state. (B)

DAY 5: BILLINGS – CODY, WYOMING – WEST YELLOWSTONE
This morning travel to Wyoming to Cody, the town named for Buffalo Bill Cody. Visit the Buffalo Bill Historical Center, an interesting museum of Native American culture, natural history and western art. Later, Yellowstone National Park, the world’s first national park, was established in 1872. Travel through the park and in the late afternoon arrive in West Yellowstone for a two-night stay. West Yellowstone is a gateway town to Yellowstone National Park sitting at the west entrance. (B, D)

DAY 6: YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK
Enjoy the day exploring Yellowstone National Park with your Tour Director. With over 10,000 hot springs, thundering waterfalls, geysers and endless forests, Yellowstone inspires awe. Some of the park highlights include Old Faithful Geyser, Yellowstone Lake and Yellowstone Canyon. The park is also home to an astounding array of elk, bears and buffalo. (B)
Overnight: West Yellowstone
DAY 7: WEST YELLOWSTONE – GRAND TETON NP – JACKSON
Today travel south through Grand Teton National Park, the 485-square mile scenic park features the Teton Mountain Range, one of the youngest ranges on the continent, lakes, glaciers, wildlife and snowfields. Later arrive in the quiet cowboy town of Jackson for your overnight stay. The city has developed into an amazing getaway for people from all walks of life where the Old West and New are splendidly combined. Be sure to visit the colorful Million Dollar Cowboy Bar with its saddle-shaped barstools. (B)

DAY 8: JACKSON – SALT LAKE CITY
Today travel to Utah. Enroute wind along the shores of beautiful Bear Lake before climbing the Wasatch Mountains. Later arrive in Salt Lake City, “The City of Saints” founded by Brigham Young in 1847. On arrival enjoy a panoramic Salt Lake City Tour featuring Temple Square with its lovely landscaping and famous Tabernacle, the State Capitol, and the University of Utah—site of the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2002 Winter Olympics. This evening enjoys a Farewell Dinner with your fellow travelers. (B, D)

DAY 9: SALT LAKE CITY – FLIGHT HOME
Today depart from Salt Lake City filled with wonderful memories of your travel experience. (B)

Terms and Conditions
Deposit of $400 per person is due with Reservation Form to secure reservations. Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis. Final Payment Due Date is 90 days prior to departure.
The parties agree to indemnify each other and hold each other harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, which either part, its agents or employees, shall at any time sustain or incur by reason of the acts, omissions or negligence on the part of the other party, its officers, agents or employees.
In any legal proceedings of any nature involving the interpretation, construction, application, or enforcement of any of the terms of this contract, the prevailing party shall be entitled to an award for reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in connection with the proceeding and any such proceeding must be conducted in Hot Springs, AR. This agreement and attachments shall be construed according to the laws of the State of Arkansas and Federal Laws of the United States.
The performance of this agreement is subject to termination by either party without liability upon the occurrence of any circumstance beyond the control of either party – such as but not limited to acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorders, or other emergencies making it illegal or impossible for either party to substantially meet its performance obligations under this Agreement.
The Simply Travel Team makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. Every effort is made to instruct our food suppliers on the severity of food allergies. In addition, there is always a risk of contamination. Some Items may contain allergen ingredients without prior notice due to manufacturer or unit substitutions. Those concerned with food allergies must be aware of this risk. Simply Travel, LLC is unable to assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed, or items one may come into contact with while travelling with us. If there are any questions regarding specific menu item ingredient(s), one must consult the onsite manager to ensure that the particular menu item is free of said allergens before consuming.
Itinerary Changes
The operator reserves the right to vary itineraries should circumstances dictate, as well as cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements, or circumstances beyond its control. Hotels listed are to be used as a guide only unless specified as confirmed. Confirmed hotels are subject to change beyond our control. In this situation we will arrange an alternative property as similar as possible. The advertised tours require minimum numbers to depart. Should these not be met the operator reserves the right to cancel arrangements.
Cancellation Policy
Tour Cancellation: Simply Travel LLC reserves the right to cancel any tour due to lack of interest or participation. In the event of cancellation your tour will be refunded.
Customer Cancellation: Once booked, non-refundable. We can assist in transferring your booking (name change) at no additional charge excluding cruises.
