Throughout this package you will step into a winter wonderland. This season’s greetings will delight every sense. Experience what there is to do in the most festive city on planet Earth- New York City. Explore the major attractions of The Big Apple as each destination is sprinkled with a little Christmas Magic.

 

Your very merry journey begins with a flight into the Big Apple. Begin your journey here with a joyful noise as you enjoy a welcome dinner with the sounds of Broadway singers at the Santa-approved diner, Gayle’s Broadway Rose in New York’s Theater District. Cozy into your home for the next 4 days at the 4-star boutique hotel-The Pearl. After a peaceful sleep wake up to an included breakfast, before exploring New York with a locally guided tour. The end of the tour will place you at the Time Out Market where you will eat with a view of the Brooklyn Bridge. After lunch, take in The Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes. Then, discover the city on your own. Your Tour Director will have plenty of suggestions for you such as The Rockefeller Center, the many Christmas Markets, and The 5th Avenue Christmas Displays. Take this free time to enjoy a New York Slice or fine dining. The Big Apple is yours to take a bite. The following day, cruise to the Statue of Liberty and walk in the same steps of millions of immigrants at Ellis Island.  Afterward, enjoy free time in Times Square where you will have the opportunity to end your day at a fantastical Broadway Show*Pre-sold Option. On your last full day in New York, you will have the opportunity to reflect in the reflecting pool at The 9/11 Memorial and choose to continue on to The 9/11 Museum or shop at the Oculus Center. Transition to the highest building in the city and see the view of the New York City Skyline at the One World Observatory. There you can have lunch on your own at one of the highest restaurants there is or choose a different local restaurant nearby. With all the views of the spectacular skyscrapers, enjoy a more down to earth visit to the grounds of Central Park. Here you will visit one of the most festive Christmas Markets at Columbus Circle. After your wintery journey, enjoy a generous meal at an Authentic Italian Restaurant. Here you will enjoy the last moments with your travel companions, as you conclude your Christmas Story the following day. Soar safely home with all your fantastic memories.

Cancelation Policy

Tour Cancellation: Simply Travel LLC reserves the right to cancel any tour due to lack of interest or participation. In the event of cancellation your tour will be refunded.
Customer Cancellation: Once booked, non-refundable without purchase of travel insurance. We can assist in transferring your booking (name change) at no additional charge.

Terms & Conditions

The parties agree to indemnify each other and hold each other harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, which either part, its agents or employees, shall at any time sustain or incur by reason of the acts, omissions or negligence on the part of the other party, its officers, agents or employees.

 

In any legal proceedings of any nature involving the interpretation, construction, application, or enforcement of any of the terms of this contract, the prevailing party shall be entitled to an award for reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in connection with the proceeding and any such proceeding must be conducted in Hot Springs, AR. This agreement and attachments shall be construed according to the laws of the State of Arkansas and Federal Laws of the United States.

 

The performance of this agreement is subject to termination by either party without liability upon the occurrence of any circumstance beyond the control of either party – such as but not limited to acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorders, or other emergencies making it illegal or impossible for either party to substantially meet its performance obligations under this Agreement.
Declaration

The Simply Travel Team makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. Every effort is made to instruct our food suppliers on the severity of food allergies. In addition, there is always a risk of contamination. Some Items may contain allergen ingredients without prior notice due to manufacturer or unit substitutions. Those concerned with food allergies must be aware of this risk. Simply Travel, LLC is unable to assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed, or items one may come into contact with while travelling with us. If there are any questions regarding specific menu item ingredient(s), one must consult the onsite manager to ensure that the particular menu item is free of said allergens before consuming.
