Your adventure begins with a flight into Dallas, where you will be greeted with a warm welcome dinner at the Rustic, featuring live music. The next day, explore the beauty of nature at The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the gardens while having lunch at your leisure. The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza offerse a chance to learn about the assassination of President John F. Kennedy and the history of Dallas. Discover the charming town of Waco as you visit Homestead Heritage, a living history farm that offers a glimpse into the lives of early settlers in Texas. End the day with a catered dinner at the Cameron Park Zoo. The iconic Silos, Magnolia Market, and wander the charming streets of Waco. Take a stroll on the Crossing Roblin Footbridge and learn about the rich history of Waco, visit the Doris Miller Memorial to learn about the African-American hero during World War II. Make a stop at the Dr. Pepper Museum to learn about the history of this iconic American soda brand and how it became a household name. Before heading to the quaint town of Fredericksburg, where you will check into the Inn at Barons Creek. Spend the morning at the stunning Wildseed Farm, where you can take a walk on extensive trails of wildflowers, taste the famous peach ice cream and enjoy a wine tasting. In the afternoon you will have the opportunity to explore the downtown area or Pacific War Museum. Experience the taste of Texas as you visit Texas Hill Country Olive Co. for a tour and tasting, before heading to the legendary Luckenbach for live music and dancing at the historic dance hall. End the night with a delicious meal at the famous Salt Lick. Finally, on Day 6, after a farewell breakfast, we will drive you to Austin for one last night before your flight.
